By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Visagist Haircuts is an AI-powered mobile application that analyzes facial features from photos you provide and generates personalized haircut style recommendations. The App uses artificial intelligence models to process images and suggest styles based on your facial structure, gender preference, and hair color.
The App is available on Android (Google Play) and iOS (Apple App Store).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The App operates on a credit-based system. Some features require credits ("Looks") which can be purchased through the App via Google Play or Apple App Store in-app purchase systems.
For refund requests, please contact Google Play or Apple App Store support directly, as they manage all payment transactions.
Important: The haircut recommendations generated by the App are produced by artificial intelligence and are for entertainment and inspiration purposes only. They do not constitute professional beauty, styling, or medical advice.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must NOT:
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to the software, design, graphics, text, and AI models — are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process that photo through our AI system solely for the purpose of generating your haircut recommendation. This license ends immediately after processing is complete.
AI-generated style previews and recommendations produced by the App may be saved to your device for personal use only.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.
The App integrates with third-party services including Google Firebase, Google Sign-In, Replicate, and OpenAI for AI processing. Your use of these services through the App is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes or planned downtime.
You may stop using the App at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to other users, third parties, or the integrity of the App.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination due to a Terms violation.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction where the developer is located.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.
